What should I do if I receive a faulty product?

If the problem is significant, we will send you a replacement or issue a refund within a reasonable time. In this event, the original product can be kept at the customer’s disposal.

Please contact our Customer Support team via Contact Us to start the complaint process. Please include the following information:

- Order number:

- Video/ photo of the defective product - ideally, taken on a flat surface, with the tag and error of the items clearly displayed

- Full delivery address

- The shipping label printed on the front of the package


If the complaint is about sizing of the product, please measure the product both in width and length with a measuring tape so we can see how mismatched the size is compared to the size guide. 

- Width: from armpit to armpit

- Length: from the highest point of the collar to the hem


Please be reminded that our policy lasts 20 days from the delivery date for replacement/refund request only. If the 20-day period has gone, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a replacement or refund.
